Returns and exchanges
Vintage objects cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective (see next section).
Other articles can be exchanged or returned until 14 days after delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If any item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. In case of return, the refund will be executed under 14 days after reception of the package. Please contact us at bonjour@maisonanous.com, we will provide you with the elements.
Damaged articles
First of all, Maison A Nous sincerely apologies if you received a product which was damaged during delivery. We take special care when packing your articles, especially for fragile vintage items. Unfortunate damage might still happens even though it is very rare. Exchanges and refunds will be handled according to the situation. Please follow this procedure:
- Contact us by email at bonjour@maisonanous.com, as soon as you received the delivery, within 24 hours.
- Attach to the email at least one full picture of the delivered box, more pictures are recommended.
- Describe the packing condition of the box.
- Please also take pictures of the damaged product(s), and attach the photos to the email.
- Describe the damage observed on the product(s).
- Finally, let us know if you prefer a refund or a replacement of the damaged article(s). Replacements might not always be possible due to limit of stock.
