USEFUL INFORMATION

-Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will inform you of any unexpected delay.

-During extremely busy periods: Black Friday and Christmas holidays, we may need to slightly extend our delivery window. This will be by exception only. Please reach out to customer service if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.

-Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties. For deliveries to EU addresses, please see ‘Customs clearance in the EU’ below.

Unfortunately we are currently unable to dispatch orders to any BFPO or P.O. Box addresses.

Not everything we sell online can be delivered outside of the U.K. due to restrictions upon logistics, legalities and warranties. This includes furniture and over-sized items e.g. large rugs; flammable liquids e.g. nail varnish, and glass e.g. lamps and mirrors.

CUSTOMS & DUTY CHARGES OUTSIDE OF THE EU

If you're ordering products to be delivered outside of the EU, they may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local laws or customs rules. Whoever your order is addressed to is responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery. These include import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that apply outside the EU. If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, make sure that they're aware that they'll need to cover this before you order.

Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot offer assistance on these processes. We recommend that you check the import charges applicable in any non-EU country before ordering products to be delivered there.

Because you (or the recipient of the products, if different) will be the importer for all international deliveries of the products, it's your responsibility to check that any products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect your goods. Make sure you check this before you order.

If your order gets stuck in customs, you or the recipient will need to contact your local customs office and pay any additional charges or taxes to release the goods. Maison A Nous cannot do this on your behalf.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE IN THE EU

For deliveries to recipients within the EU, for legal purposes you (or the recipient of the goods, if different) are the importer of the goods, and are responsible for any import formalities as well as any taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local laws or customs rules. However, we have collected these amounts from you as part of your purchase, and by agreeing to these terms, you hereby authorise us to appoint our designated carrier(s) to carry out any required customs formalities on your behalf, including payment of any taxes, fees, levies or other charges to the appropriate customs authority.
