Digoin-Sarreguemines

Sarreguemines was a ceramic factory in northern France. It became famous thanks to Napoleon the 1st in the 18th century. In 1871, during the German occupation of northern France, Sarreguemines decided to create a new factory in Digoin, Burgundy, which was unoccupied. This is how Digoin-Sarreguemines was created. The company invested in innovations for new tech & designs, and quickly regained its reputation.Until the mid-20th century, it enjoyed great popularity.
